Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
- Operate custodial equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
- Use cleaning chemicals responsibly while following safety guidelines
- Conduct basic facilities maintenance and report any repair needs to management
- Maintain high cleanliness standards across all assigned locations
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks, including moving furniture or equipment when required
- Travel to different job sites as part of the role
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred (training provided if needed)
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, hand tools, or power tools is an advantage
