Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support daily living activities such as feeding and mobility assistance
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and shopping
- Provide companionship through conversation, reading, and recreational activities
- Monitor and record vital signs as directed
- Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
- Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in client condition
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- No prior experience required (free PCA certification training provided)
- Candidates with at least 3 months of caregiving experience within the last 3 years may qualify for accelerated certification
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans
