Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas, including common spaces, offices, and vacant apartments
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Maintain common areas including hallways, lounges, stairwells, restrooms, and parking areas
• Assist with deep cleaning and preparation of vacant units for new residents
• Support curb appeal by collecting trash, sweeping outdoor areas, and assisting with light landscaping
• Follow safety standards and cleaning schedules
• Create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff

Requirement

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle for use during the workday
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug test (including marijuana)
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking
