KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Welder, your key duties will include:
- Interpreting welding process specifications and blueprints
- Operating manual, semi-automatic, fully automated, and robotic welding equipment
- Performing precise welds and ensuring they meet quality standards
- Using flame-cutting, oxygen arc cutting, and CAD tools effectively
- Operating brakes, shears, and other metal shaping and bending machines
- Fitting, brazing, and torch-straightening metal components
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance on welding and brazing equipment
- Ensuring work is completed according to client requirements and safety protocols
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role will involve:
- Working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Handling heavy loads and performing repetitive tasks
- Sitting or standing for extended periods
- Maintaining focus and accuracy on detailed technical work
- Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines
