OVERVIEW OF LANGUAGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
Tim Hortons is welcoming applications from baking professionals who meet the following:
Languages Required:
- English (Fluent)
Education & Experience:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant baking experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Baker at Tim Hortons, your daily duties will include:
- Preparing and baking doughs, batters, and a variety of bakery products including breads, donuts, muffins, and pastries
- Frosting and decorating baked goods to company standards
- Managing inventory, ordering ingredients and supplies as needed
- Ensuring baked products meet quality standards
- Operating bakery equipment and maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas
- Supervising and training junior kitchen or baking staff
- Preparing custom or special orders
- Adhering to safety and sanitation regulations
