OVERVIEW OF LANGUAGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE 

Tim Hortons is welcoming applications from baking professionals who meet the following: 

Languages Required: 

  • English (Fluent) 

Education & Experience: 

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required 
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant baking experience preferred 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a Baker at Tim Hortons, your daily duties will include: 

  • Preparing and baking doughs, batters, and a variety of bakery products including breads, donuts, muffins, and pastries 
  • Frosting and decorating baked goods to company standards 
  • Managing inventory, ordering ingredients and supplies as needed 
  • Ensuring baked products meet quality standards 
  • Operating bakery equipment and maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas 
  • Supervising and training junior kitchen or baking staff 
  • Preparing custom or special orders 
  • Adhering to safety and sanitation regulations

WORK ENVIRONMENT
