Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, hallways, elevator landings, and service areas according to hotel standards.
• Enter guest rooms following proper procedures to ensure guest privacy and security.
• Collect and empty trash; replace trash liners.
• Make beds, replace linens, check bed skirting, mattress pads, and linen quality.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, light fittings, vents, picture frames, cabinets, and all surfaces.
• Replenish room and bathroom amenities as per hotel standards.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms including showers, tubs, toilets, floors, sinks, fixtures, and mirrors.
• Vacuum carpets or scrub/mop tile flooring.
• Check and clean the refrigerator, ensuring proper function and cleanliness.
• Deliver and retrieve items such as irons, ironing boards, and other loaned items for guests.
• Conduct deep cleaning tasks when assigned.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Room Attendant cart.
• Inspect electrical appliances and report any issues to the Housekeeping Office.
• Report wear and tear of room furniture or equipment.
• Perform turn-down service if required.
• Conduct room sweep-checks to ensure high standards before completing assigned rooms.
• Follow hotel groom, lost-and-found, and safety policies.
• Practice safe working habits and report hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure guest security, privacy, and comfort at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year of cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to commute to Tamuning, GU 96913 (required).
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or reach for extended periods.

Physical Demand

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to use hands, arms, and fingers to clean and handle tools.
• Good vision: close, distance, and peripheral vision required.
