KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Retread Factory Worker, you will:
- Carry out tyre retreading and related factory operations efficiently and accurately.
- Perform manual tasks including heavy lifting, tyre inspection, and equipment handling.
- Follow detailed production processes to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with Health & Safety standards.
- Operate machinery safely and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork in daily factory operations.
- Adhere to company quality, environmental, and safety policies at all times.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role involves:
- Working in a hands-on manufacturing environment with heavy equipment and materials.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have:
- A full, clean NZ Driver’s Licence (essential).
- A high level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour safely.
- A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures and practices.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork attitude.
- A current forklift licence or willingness to train and obtain one.
- NZ citizenship, residency, or a valid work visa permitting employment in NZ.
