  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Work Environment: Work must be completed on-site; remote work is not an option

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily restaurant operations
  • Supervising a team of 5 to 10 employees
