Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily restaurant operations
- Supervising a team of 5 to 10 employees
