Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet daily targets and required pick rates
• Operate machinery and equipment safely using appropriate tools
• Complete routine equipment checks to ensure safe and effective operation
• Follow PPE, hygiene, and food safety entry requirements at all times
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene to prevent cross-contamination
• Report any process, product, or safety issues to Supervisors or Managers
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and free from hazards
• Support team operations to ensure orders are completed on time

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods in a cold-environment setting
• Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic
• Ability to read instructions and complete basic numeracy tasks
• Comfortable wearing PPE and following strict hygiene and food safety procedures
• Flexibility to work Saturdays when required
• Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential
