KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Painter at EZW Painting Limited, you will:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, patching, and priming.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
- Select appropriate paint and materials based on surfaces, project requirements, and environmental conditions.
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment at all times.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including safe storage and disposal of materials.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to meet project schedules.
- Handle touch-ups, repair work, and final finishes to ensure high-quality results.
- Adhere to project specifications, blueprints, and client expectations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role involves:

REQUIRED SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
EZW Painting Limited is seeking candidates who have:
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in painting, plastering, construction, or related trades (or a construction-related qualification).
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle ladders, scaffolding, and extended work hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver precise finishes.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and safety practices.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and weekends.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Pre-employment drug test and police check (mandatory).
