Overview of Language, Education, and Experience
We are looking for candidates who meet the following:

- Experience: No previous experience necessary – full training provided
Tasks and Responsibilities
As an Orchard Worker, you will:
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- Fertilize and spray crops as needed
- Harvest fruit and other crops by hand or equipment
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Examine produce for quality and market readiness
Required Skills and Capabilities

- Be physically fit and capable of outdoor manual work

- Be willing to work in varied weather conditions

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is an on-site, outdoor role based in Penticton, BC. You will be working in orchard fields and using farm equipment. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
