KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Kitchen Staff, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present food according to company standards.
- Operate kitchen workstations such as grills, fryers, and microwaves safely.
- Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health and safety standards.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized at all times.
- Support your team to meet food quality and timing targets.
- Rotate and store stock properly to maintain freshness.
- Assist with cleaning and full kitchen close-downs as required.
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented kitchen environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
