KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Kitchen Staff, you will:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food according to company standards.
  • Operate kitchen workstations such as grills, fryers, and microwaves safely.
  • Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health and safety standards.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized at all times.
  • Support your team to meet food quality and timing targets.
  • Rotate and store stock properly to maintain freshness.
  • Assist with cleaning and full kitchen close-downs as required.
  • Contribute to a positive and team-oriented kitchen environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have:
