Key Responsibilities
- Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained according to hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms daily and report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain proper stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper, preferably in hotels or serviced apartments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of English language for communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience (preferred).
