Responsibilities
- Collect keys and daily assignments, prepare the trolley and necessary equipment to ensure smooth and timely cleaning operations.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms according to the hotel’s Standards of Performance.
- Replenish room supplies and amenities to meet guest expectations.
- Arrange and tidy guest belongings while cleaning to respect their privacy and belongings.
- Coordinate with Valet Service for guest laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services.
- Clean guest corridors, service pantries, and other public areas to uphold a professional appearance.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Engineering Department promptly.
- Provide courteous and attentive service to guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
- Comply with environmental, health, and safety standards and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and bending.
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
