KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Café Manager, you will:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth service.
- Develop and manage budgets for food, beverages, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor revenues and control labour costs to achieve profitability goals.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing training and support.
- Set and adjust staff schedules to meet operational needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food, beverage, and cleaning supply arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food-handling regulations.
- Manage catering requests and special event bookings.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care.
- Implement and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the café.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
