As a Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in safely transporting passengers to and from the site and local areas. This position is part of KBR’s National Security Solutions team, supporting high-end engineering, logistics, and operations work that contributes directly to national security.
This is a full-time role requiring professionalism, excellent route management, and a strong commitment to safety. It is a contingent position based on contract award and will be 100% onsite at a secure facility in Alice Springs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Bus Driver, you will:
- Provide daily transportation services to and from the site and local area.
- Receive assignments and instructions from the Foreman or General Foreman.
- Read and interpret documentation and plan work activities accordingly.
- Follow all safety rules, regulations, and traffic laws.
- Wear required personal protective equipment at all times.
- Report delays, incidents, or accidents promptly.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ensure the bus is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Support the mission by ensuring punctual, reliable service.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates shall have the following:
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. or Australian citizen.
- Must hold a U.S. Secret Clearance or Australian NV-1 Clearance.
- Valid Australian bus driver’s licence with passenger endorsement.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Onsite presence required 100% of the time.
- Ability to work within a secure and confidential environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience transporting personnel in structured or high-security settings.
- Strong customer service background.
