KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Farm Worker, you will:
- Hand-harvest vegetables and fruit crops.
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops such as apples.
- Train trees to improve fruit yield and quality.
- Operate farm equipment including tractors, farm trucks, and harvesters.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete daily farm tasks.
- Work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Handle physically demanding tasks, heavy loads, and repetitive movements.
- Support seasonal operations by meeting tight deadlines and productivity expectations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Thwe ideal candidates will have the following:
Minimum Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience an asset, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong physical capability and stamina.
- Ability to use hand tools and follow safety procedures.
- English language ability (speaking and understanding).
Additional Requirements:
