KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Food Counter Attendant, you will:
- Take and process customer orders at the counter or buffet tables.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
- Portion, wrap, and package take-out food.
- Keep accurate records of food quantities used.
- Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and workstations as needed.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
- Serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and sanitary food preparation area.

This role involves:
- Working in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant environment.
- Handling varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
