Key Responsibilities
As a Factory Helper, your responsibilities will include:
- Transporting raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the plant (manually or with powered equipment)
- Assisting machine operators, assemblers, and other workers
- Checking and weighing materials and products
- Sorting, packing, crating, and packaging items
- Assembling and installing prefabricated parts and subassemblies
- Cleaning machines and immediate work areas
- Performing general labor and maintenance duties as needed
Work Environment
- On-site only (no remote work available)
- Fast-paced, dusty, and noisy industrial setting
- Standing for long periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Repetitive and physically demanding tasks
