Languages Required
- Basic English communication
Education & Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse, workshop, or factory work
- Ability to read basic drawings or job specifications (training provided if required)

- Basic quality checks and compliance forms
Credentials
- Forklift or reach truck licence (preferred but not mandatory)
- Health and safety awareness
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Factory Hand at Paragon Recruitment Limited, you will:
- Unpack deliveries, check against paperwork, and store goods correctly
- Rotate stock efficiently (first-in, first-out system)
- Prepare and package finished goods for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct basic quality inspections against drawings/specifications
- Assist with rolling stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory
- Operate reach trucks safely to move stock around the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while assisting with general factory duties
