You will play a key role in improving ventilation systems in residential properties, supporting our client, a regional housing provider, with damp and mould mitigation projects. Responsibilities

• Install or replace bathroom humidistats to enhance property ventilation.
• Install or replace kitchen extractor fans.
• Perform chasing out and installation of isolators (iso’s).
• Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Provide minor works certificates as required.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and building regulations.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations certification.
• Relevant test and inspection certification.
• Proven experience in general electrical work and fault-finding.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
