Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and kitchen areas.
- Ensure all dishware and tools are ready for use during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Dispose of trash and recycling according to company and local guidelines.
- Support overall restaurant cleanliness and help with light prep tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must follow all safety and sanitation standards consistently.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is an asset but not required.
