As a Dairy Farm Worker, you will play an essential role in maintaining herd health, supporting daily feeding routines, and ensuring our facilities operate efficiently. This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule and consistent weekly hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Dairy Farm Worker, you will:
Animal Care & Barn Duties
- Feed cows and calves as scheduled.
- Rake, clean, and bed up stalls to maintain a healthy environment.
- Monitor animal behaviour and health; report concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of herd movements, feeding schedules, and health status.
Equipment & Machinery Operation
- Safely operate tractors, skid steers, and feed mixers.
- Use hand tools and power tools for various farm tasks.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance if capable.
Farm Operations
- Clean barns, pens, and equipment regularly.
- Support daily routines to ensure smooth barn operations.
- Follow farm safety procedures at all times.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Stewardson Creekside Farms Inc is seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Reliable transportation to and from the farm.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Canadian citizenship (mandatory).
- Equipment driving experience (tractor or skid steer).
Additional Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous dairy farming experience.
- Experience operating tractors and farm machinery.
- Mechanical knowledge related to farm equipment.
- Familiarity with Lely barn robot systems (asset).
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires:
- Working on an active dairy farm with livestock and machinery.
- Performing physical tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Using tractors, skid steers, mixers, and hand tools.
- Following safety protocols for animal handling and equipment use.
- Collaborating with a small, supportive team.
