OVERVIEW OF LANGUAGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE

Languages Required
- English (fluent communication skills)
Education & Experience
- No prior banking experience required – full paid training provided
- Strong customer service skills preferred
- Must be legally eligible for full-time employment in New Zealand
- Must pass background checks, credit score assessment, and police clearance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Representative in the Financial Sector, your key duties will include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers regarding general banking queries
- Assisting with online banking troubleshooting and guidance
- Supporting customers with debit/credit card queries and replacements
- Providing information on bank statements and account activity
- Identifying customer needs and referring them to the appropriate banking specialists
- Maintaining a professional and positive experience for every customer interaction
- Handling sensitive and confidential financial information with care and accuracy

WORK ENVIRONMENT
