Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for parts inquiries and customer support. You will assist Sparex dealers and retail customers through timely communication, accurate order processing, and effective problem-solving. The role includes administrative duties, sales support, technical inquiries, and ensuring all customer interactions meet professional and company standards.
Key Responsibilities (Your Impact)
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Support counter, phone, and online orders with efficiency and accuracy.
- Process dealer orders, manage e-commerce activities, and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle sales calls and resolve technical inquiries or direct them appropriately.
- Follow all company policies, including safety, health, and workplace regulations.
- Maintain strong customer relationship management and support CRM initiatives.
- Assist marketing efforts and product education activities for customers.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and help customers navigate Sparex’s e-commerce platform.
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience in agriculture, machinery, hand tools, or parts distribution industries.
- Practical knowledge of tools, machinery parts, or similar technical products.
- Applicants with strong proven customer service abilities, even from other industries, who can deliver high-quality support to dealers and farmers.
- Must have full work rights in New Zealand (no sponsorship available).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
