OVERVIEW OF LANGUAGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
AB Construction Group welcomes applicants who meet the following criteria:
Languages Required
- English (oral and written, with ability to follow instructions)
Education & Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- On-the-job training provided
- Previous construction experience is an asset but not mandatory
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Construction Worker at AB Construction Group, your duties will include:
- Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
- Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
- Performing routine maintenance work on-site
- Removing rubble and debris at construction sites
- Tending or feeding machines and equipment used in construction
- Directing traffic at or near construction zones
- Supporting the site team in daily tasks to ensure smooth operations
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role will involve:
- Frequent or constant travel between work sites
- Working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Maintaining safety standards at all times
- Physical activity including lifting, carrying, and manual labor
- Collaboration with diverse teams on active construction projects
