KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Construction Helper, you will:
General Construction Duties
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
- Support demolition tasks and help dismantle building structures.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on job sites.
- Remove rubble, debris, and waste materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople as required to complete construction tasks safely and efficiently.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of construction tools and materials.
- Reliability and willingness to work in a physical outdoor environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Additional Requirements
- Experience is an asset but not mandatory.
