Key Responsibilities
- Support the Facilities Development Director in managing and executing infrastructure and facility projects.
- Oversee engineering design, planning, scoping, and project monitoring to ensure successful delivery within budget and schedule.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide engineering input for facility improvement and acquisition projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, financial close-out reports, and engineering records.
- Ensure all works adhere to company quality and safety policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
- Proven experience in construction, facilities development, or project engineering.
- Knowledge of engineering design, project management, and contract administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software tools.
