In this role, you will support civil and land development design projects for national clients, playing a key role in multi-site development programs. Key Responsibilities

• Design land development plans, including site layout, grading, utility, and erosion control plans
• Prepare concept-level site sketches and full site plans
• Visit potential project sites and prepare detailed due diligence reports
• Participate in permitting processes and coordinate with plan reviewers
• Develop site plans that meet client requirements and local jurisdiction codes
• Work on multiple development projects at various stages of completion
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with clients
• Ensure accuracy and quality by maintaining high attention to detail

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of civil engineering or land development experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with exposure to Civil 3D
• Experience preparing comprehensive site development plans
• Ability to read and interpret site construction drawings
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous internships or co-op experience in engineering, land development, architecture, or construction (preferred)

Essential Skills

• AutoCAD proficiency; familiarity with Civil 3D
• Land development design skills
• Understanding of local codes and site requirements
