Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
• Assist patients with toileting and provide incontinence care
• Support patient mobility, including transferring and repositioning
• Provide feeding assistance, including nasogastric tube (NGT) feeding as required
• Perform wound dressing and basic care procedures as instructed
• Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and safety at all times
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to supervisors or healthcare professionals
• Follow care plans, safety guidelines, and company policies

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or healthcare-related experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic patient care procedures
• Ability to work full-time in a permanent position
• Physically and emotionally fit to provide hands-on care
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
• Willing to work in Bacolod
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
