Vista Manor, operated by Long Term Care Operations 360, is a 16-bed Assisted Living Facility known for its welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care while supporting the well-being, dignity, and independence of residents. The organization values teamwork, compassion, and professional growth. Long Term Care Operations 360 also invests in staff development and is preparing to launch a free life and career coaching program to support employees both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and emotional support to residents in an assisted living environment.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor resident well-being and report changes to nursing or supervisory staff.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and general comfort.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment.
- Communicate kindly and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
- Follow established care plans and facility procedures.
- Work scheduled day, night, overnight, or weekend shifts as assigned.
Requirements
- Must hold NAC, HCA, or NAR caregiver certification.
- Previously expired licenses within the last two years may be accepted upon renewal.
- Ability to commute to Wilbur, WA 99185 (required).
- Willingness to relocate before starting work (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
