KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Barber at Roberto’s Fresh Cuts, you will:
- Provide professional haircuts, trims, and grooming services.
- Recommend and perform hairstyles that suit clients’ preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Offer excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Follow health and safety guidelines within the salon.
- Support salon activities, team-building efforts, and training sessions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Strong technical skills in haircutting, trimming, and grooming.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Customer service focus and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Charlottetown, PE.
