About The Role
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be a crucial part of our Delivery & Installation team, responsible for the safe delivery and setup of whiteware appliances directly into customers’ homes. You’ll also be the last point of contact in the customer journey, playing a key role in ensuring satisfaction and trust.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Delivering and installing large appliances like fridges, washing machines, and more
- Navigating customer properties safely and respectfully
- Unpacking, setting up, and testing appliances
- Removing old appliances and packaging as needed
- Following all safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Representing The Warehouse brand with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensuring a positive, hassle-free customer experience
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who’s not just strong in body—but strong in attitude and customer service.
You’ll need:
- A Full, clean NZ Driver’s Licence
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
- Great time management and ability to work unsupervised
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to listen and adapt to needs
- Willingness to follow processes and uphold brand standards
