KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Food and Beverage / Room Service Attendant at Pullman Auckland, you will:
- Set up, serve, clear tables, and deliver in-room dining service
- Ensure room service trays and trolleys are delivered and collected promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with dietary needs
- Enhance guest experiences through product knowledge and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service
- Promote Accor’s loyalty programs in a warm and engaging manner
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role involves:
- Working in both guest-facing and back-of-house hospitality settings
- Rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Fast-paced service environment requiring multitasking and attention to detail
