- Forklift Operator Certification
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a General Welder at Lakeside Shelving & Racking, you will:
- Interpret welding process specifications, drawings, and blueprints
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated welding equipment
- Examine welds to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
- Perform flame-cutting, brazing, and arc-air cutting operations
- Fit, torch-straighten, and fabricate metal components
- Operate hoisting and lifting equipment as required
- Conduct minor maintenance on welding equipment
- Organize and maintain materials inventory

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role involves:
- Working outdoors in environments that may be dusty, noisy, hot, or dirty
- Commercial and industrial project work
