OVERVIEW OF LANGUAGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
SHAR COMPANY is looking for the following in their ideal candidates:
Languages Required
- Basic English communication
- Arabic skills (advantageous but not required)
Education & Experience
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a food & beverage service role
- Knowledge of food preparation and beverage-making techniques
Specializations
- Coffee and beverage preparation
- Customer service and order-taking
- Food handling and basic hygiene practices
Credentials
- Barista training or certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Health and safety awareness in food service
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Barista at SHAR COMPANY, you will:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Handle customer orders and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workspace
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving complaints
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support teammates in restocking supplies and managing busy shifts
