KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Kitchen Steward at Centro Hotels by Rotana, you will:
- Clean kitchen areas, storage rooms, fridges, freezers, and utensils
- Assist in maintaining hygienic standards across all food preparation areas
- Work closely with chefs and service staff to support daily operations
- Handle dishwashing and cleaning of equipment as per duty roster
- Ensure minimal wastage, breakage, and spoilage
- Follow hotel policies and safety protocols at all times

WORK ENVIRONMENT
