This part-time, permanent role is ideal for individuals with strong cleaning skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain commercial office buildings to exceptional standards. From lobbies and meeting rooms to bathrooms and common areas, you will play a key part in keeping Auckland’s premium office spaces spotless, safe, and welcoming.

As a Commercial Housekeeper & Cleaner at KP TRUST, you will:
- Clean and maintain office building common areas, including lobbies, meeting rooms, end-of-trip facilities, and bathrooms
- Restock and replenish consumables (toiletries, supplies, etc.)
- Support the building concierge team with cleaning-related needs
- Uphold company cleaning standards and safety protocols
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Work independently and manage time effectively

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role will involve:
- Evening shifts (starting 5pm) with some weekend and additional shift availability
- Physical activity, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards under minimal supervision
- Working across multiple office buildings within Auckland CBD
REQUIRED SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- A professional and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with shifts (evenings and weekends)
- Previous hotel or commercial cleaning experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Valid full driver’s licence (preferred)
