- Trade certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience in carpentry, drywall, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in carpentry or construction

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Carpenter (with plasterer duties) at Vashanic Construction LTD., your duties will include:
- Reading blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Preparing layouts in conformance with building codes using measuring tools
- Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining wood, steel, and substitute materials
- Building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, and erecting walls and roof systems
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
- Applying plaster, drywall finishing, and related tasks as needed
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and site safety standards
- Collaborating with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role will involve:
