Key Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:
- Provide warm and efficient table and room service to guests
- Greet and seat customers with professionalism and manaakitanga
- Deliver meals, clear tables, and reset dining spaces
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service
- Share menu knowledge and make recommendations confidently
