Overview of Language, Education, and Experience
We are looking for the following qualifications and certification in our ideal candidates:
- Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience in cafeteria or hospitality management is preferred
- Certification: Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Café Manager, you will:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas
- Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment and uphold food safety standards
- Provide courteous service to staff, patients, and visitors
- Collaborate with team members for smooth daily operations

Required Skills and Capabilities
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 4 years of experience in cafeteria or food service management (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Teamwork-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example
- Food Handler Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
