Overview of Language, Education, and Experience
Golden Palace is looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Language: English
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
- Experience: No previous experience required – training will be provided
Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Taking food and beverage orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
- Serving meals and drinks to customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and attending to guest needs promptly
- Maintaining clean tables and dining areas
- Handling customer inquiries or concerns professionally
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Fast-paced and often noisy environment
- Repetitive tasks, standing and walking for extended periods
- Combination of light lifting, bending, and multitasking
- Must be comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and nights
- Strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
