Responsibilities

• Deliver packages safely and on time to customers along assigned routes.
• Operate and perform safety inspections on company delivery vehicles.
• Follow all local and state traffic laws, driving regulations, and company policies.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service during deliveries.
• Load and unload packages into the delivery vehicle.
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, package scanning, and communication with the team.
• Maintain efficiency while working in a physically demanding environment and varying weather conditions.
• Communicate with dispatch and support teams to ensure successful deliveries.
• Assist team members when needed, including participating in route support or rescue calls.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and 5-panel drug screening.
• Clean motor vehicle record with minimal violations.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts and perform physically demanding tasks.
