Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site civil construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate concrete works, including foundations, structural elements, and related civil structures.
• Oversee external utility installation such as drainage, sewerage systems, and water supply infrastructure.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Review engineering drawings, method statements, and technical specifications for proper implementation.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and engineering teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any technical or operational issues to maintain schedules.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and technical updates to project management.
• Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, and technical staff to ensure efficient site operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure or building construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete works and structural construction activities.
• Experience with external utility installation and underground infrastructure works.
• Solid background in site supervision, construction management, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
