Responsibilities
- Provide land development consultancy services across a wide range of projects
- Design and prepare high-quality civil engineering drawings using 12D
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external consultants
- Coordinate project elements and liaise with contractors
- Manage schedules, contracts, and resource consent processes
- Communicate with local councils and regulatory bodies
- Promote and comply with Quality Management and Health & Safety policies
- Assist with technical development and administrative requirements
- Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Surveying (e.g., BEng, BSurv)
- Minimum 4+ years of civil engineering experience
- At least 2+ years of land development experience in New Zealand
- Proficiency in 12D software
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
