🔹 Responsibilities
- Coordinate, assign, and supervise livestock workers, machinery operators, and farm labourers
- Supervise breeding programs and livestock-related operations
- Monitor and enforce procedures to maintain animal and crop health
- Oversee crop production operations, including grains and harvesting
- Tap trees in all weather conditions (maple syrup production)
- Move products during winter months and assist with shipment preparation
- Ensure cleanliness of farm facilities and proper care of equipment
- Moreover Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, machinery, and supplies
- Enforce farm safety procedures and standards
- Perform general farm duties as required
- Moreover Carry out additional related tasks as assigned

- Punctual and reliable
