Fish & Duck Sproat Lake Resort operates charter houseboats, on-site cabins, marina services, watercraft rentals, and resort amenities. Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain houseboats and guest accommodations to resort standards
• Perform housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, laundry, dusting, and window cleaning
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, patios, BBQs, blinds, and guest living areas
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Inspect rooms and report damages or maintenance issues to supervisors
• Remove and sort garbage, recycling, and laundry
• Ensure carts are stocked, organized, and equipment is well maintained
• Assist guests with requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Attend daily housekeeping meetings and follow assigned schedules
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks such as bending and lifting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
• Strong reliability and punctual attendance
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Eligible to legally work in Canada (Citizens, Permanent Residents, or authorized Foreign Nationals)
• Driver’s licence is an asset
