Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleanings ranging from small apartments to large 5-bedroom/5-bath homes
- Complete commercial cleanings for apartment complexes and office buildings
- Follow the TidyTask cleaning checklist for every job
- Take before-and-after photos to document completed work
- Use cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and effectively
- Communicate proactively about scheduling changes or job-related issues
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and integrity
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning (minimum 1 year required)
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to drive independently to and from job sites
- Comfortable driving in mountainous areas year-round
- Willingness to bring personal cleaning equipment and supplies
- Willingness to undergo a background check (paid for by TidyTask)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
