Responsibilities
- Assist farm staff with daily gardening and farming activities
- Support harvesting of crops and plants
- Prepare and assemble grow bags using landscape fabric
- Perform general manual labor tasks as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm area
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure smooth farm operations
- Adhere to safety guidelines while performing tasks
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for long hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work part-time (3 days per week)
