As a Factory Process Worker, you will play an important role in loading, packing, batching, handling materials, and maintaining efficient production workflows. This position is vital to ensuring accurate packaging, safe handling of materials, and smooth factory operations.
This is a casual, fixed-term role requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work across morning, mid, night, and weekend shifts as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Factory Process Worker, you will:
Loader / Packer Duties
- Pack finished product bags to correct weights and production targets.
- Stack packaged products on pallets according to safety and export guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of packed goods and identify any quality control issues.
- Tray or pack raw dehydrated foods.
- Batch raw materials to correct weights and targets for production.
- Load raw materials for upcoming production cycles.
- Maintain accurate batching records and report QC issues.
- Support production of raw dehydrated foods and assist extrusion operations as a backup.
- Follow all Plant Health & Safety requirements.
Material Handler Duties
- Assist with inwards goods: unloading trucks/containers, checking and inspecting incoming stock.
- Label, store, and organize goods safely and efficiently.
- Perform forklift checks and basic maintenance (where applicable).
- Conduct stock level checks and cycle counts as directed.
- Ensure optimal storage space utilization and place stock in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse, racking, and workstation environment.
- Move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods around the facility safely.
- Assist other departments (batching, packing, warehouse) as needed.
- Follow proper safety techniques for handling materials and equipment.
- Manage rubbish and recycling according to scheduled days.
- Secure the facility at the end of last shift (doors, lights, equipment).

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements
- Pick/packing experience.
- Ability to lift products up to 25 kg.

- Physically fit for repetitive factory tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Willingness to work morning, mid, night, and weekend shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
